It is written bluntly on purpose, because what actually happens matters more than what could be promised: what travels from abroad is the choosing and the link, and what happens in Egypt is the delivery and the cash at the door. Exactly how the gift arrives
Written out in full so that nothing is a surprise at the door: 1. The piece is chosen from the catalogue, from anywhere in the world — the pages are open to everyone. 2. The link to the piece is sent to the person in Egypt, or the order is arranged in the conversation with Crafida. 3. The order details — name, phone number and address — are those of the person receiving it in Egypt. The number has to be an Egyptian mobile with WhatsApp on it, because the order confirmation is sent there. 4. The piece arrives at a door in Egypt, and the parcel is opened and the item checked before it is paid for. 5. Payment is in cash on delivery, by the person receiving it. So, plainly: the site does not currently accept payment from outside Egypt, and the order does not accept a phone number or an address from outside Egypt. Anything else is arranged in the conversation with Crafida, not on this page.

The price range shown with the pieces below is computed from those same pieces as they stand at this moment, not from an estimate. Shipping is one flat price to every governorate of Egypt, and it is shown before the order is confirmed.
The person receiving it
That is the person whose details go on the order, the person who opens the parcel in front of the courier, and the person who pays at the door. Which makes telling them beforehand more than a courtesy: they need to know that something is coming, and what amount is paid on delivery. If that does not suit, the arrangement is made in the conversation with Crafida before the order is confirmed.
Things worth knowing
• Made-to-order pieces need production time, agreed in the conversation, and no arrival date is written on the site. • The address in Egypt has to be complete — building number, floor, and a nearby landmark. • Gift wrapping and a gift note differ from maker to maker, and each piece's own page states what that maker offers. • The time difference is not a problem: the conversation answers at any hour.
