Crafida offers a 14-day return policy on all eligible orders. Our goal is to make returns simple and fair for both customers and sellers. You can request a return for any reason within 14 days of delivery. The process is straightforward and we're here to help if you have any questions.
Return Eligibility
You can request a return if: • The item was delivered within the last 14 days • The item is in its original condition (unless defective) Note: Some personalized or custom-made items may not be eligible for returns. Check the product page for specific return policies.
How to Return an Item
Follow these steps to request a return: 1. Go to 'My Orders' and find the order 2. Click 'Request Return' on the item you wish to return 3. Select your return reason and provide details if needed 4. Wait for approval (within the 14-day window, returns are typically approved quickly) 5. Once approved, Crafida will arrange a pickup from your address — no need to visit any post office or courier 6. Once the seller confirms receipt, your refund will be processed
Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different size, color, or item: 1. Request a return for the original item 2. Place a new order for the item you want This ensures the fastest turnaround. Crafida handles the return pickup — you don't need to visit any post office or courier.
Refund Information
After your return is received and inspected: • COD orders: Refunded via bank transfer (you'll be contacted for details) Refund Amount: • Item price: Fully refunded • Original shipping: Refunded only for seller-fault returns
Important Timelines
• 14 days from delivery to request a return • Ship the item within 7 days of return approval • 5-10 business days to process refund after receipt
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned: • Custom or personalized items (unless defective) • Items damaged by the customer • Items returned after the 14-day window
