Please read these terms carefully before using Crafida. By using our platform, you agree to these terms.

Introduction
Welcome to Crafida. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Crafida platform, including our website, mobile applications, and services. By accessing or using Crafida, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, browsing products, or making a purchase on Crafida, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and any additional policies referenced herein. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform.
User Accounts
Buyers do not need an account: orders are placed through secure Crafida checkout links, and we confirm them with you over WhatsApp. To sell on Crafida, you must create a seller account. As a seller you are responsible for: • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials • All activities that occur under your account • Providing accurate and complete information • Keeping your contact information up to date • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use You must be at least 18 years old to use Crafida. One person may not maintain multiple seller accounts.
User Conduct
You agree not to: • Violate any applicable laws or regulations • Infringe on intellectual property rights • Post false, misleading, or fraudulent content • Transmit harmful or malicious code • Engage in fraudulent activities or scams • Harass, threaten, or harm other users • Manipulate prices, reviews, or search results • Circumvent platform policies or systems • Interfere with platform operations
Products and Services
Crafida is a marketplace connecting customers with independent sellers. Important points: • We do not manufacture, stock, or sell products directly • Product descriptions, prices, and availability are provided by sellers • Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of their listings • We verify seller shops but cannot guarantee product quality • All products must be handmade or artisanal items We reserve the right to remove products or shops that violate our policies.
Orders and Payments
When you place an order through a Crafida checkout link: • You enter into a purchase agreement with the seller; Crafida facilitates the transaction as the seller's commercial agent • We accept Cash on Delivery (COD); card payment may also be offered on some orders and is processed securely by our payment provider • COD orders are confirmed with you via WhatsApp before shipping • Sellers are responsible for order preparation; Crafida arranges delivery All prices are in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) and include applicable taxes. Shipping is charged by governorate and shown before the order is confirmed.
Returns and Refunds
Cash on Delivery orders: you can open and inspect your package before paying — this is standard on every Crafida order. If the item is not what you expected, you may refuse the delivery and pay nothing; the item returns to the seller. After you have paid and received your order, sales are final unless the seller agrees otherwise. If there is a problem with your order — damaged, wrong, or not as described — contact the seller through the conversation where you ordered, or contact Crafida support at support@crafida.com, and we will work with you and the seller to make it right. For card-paid orders, any agreed refund is returned to the original payment method.
Intellectual Property
All content on the Crafida platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software, is the property of Crafida or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Sellers retain ownership of their product images and descriptions but grant Crafida a license to display and use this content on our platform.
Seller Terms
Sellers using Crafida must: • Provide accurate and complete product information • Only list handmade or artisanal products • Set accurate preparation times and fulfill orders within them • Maintain required legal and tax information • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations • Respect intellectual property rights Fees and payouts: • Crafida charges a 5% commission on each sale you source yourself (orders from your own Instagram, DMs, or checkout links). Orders sourced by the Crafida marketplace carry a 12% commission. • New sellers: 0% commission for your first 3 months, starting from your first sale. • Buyers pay the delivery fee, priced by their governorate and shown at checkout — do not add shipping costs to your product prices. • Payouts are sent within 48 hours of delivery to your registered payout method (InstaPay, mobile wallet, or bank account). • If a buyer refuses or returns a shipment (return-to-origin), the courier's return cost is borne by the seller. You can opt into the Returns Shield: for a flat fee of 20 EGP per confirmed cash-on-delivery order, Crafida covers that return cost for you. • All Crafida fees shown are inclusive of VAT where applicable. Conversations between your customers and your shop on Crafida-connected channels are stored to operate the service (see our Privacy Policy).
Limitation of Liability
Crafida provides the platform "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Crafida is not liable for: • Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages • Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities • Product quality, safety, or legality • Seller actions or omissions • Delivery delays by third-party carriers Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific transaction in question.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Crafida, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from: • Your use of the platform • Your violation of these Terms • Your violation of any rights of third parties • Any content you post or submit
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for: • Violation of these Terms • Fraudulent or illegal activity • Repeated policy violations • At our discretion with reasonable cause You may also close your account at any time. Upon termination, any pending orders will be processed, and any outstanding balances will be settled.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the platform will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Egypt. This agreement complies with Egyptian Consumer Protection Law and E-Commerce regulations.
Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. When we make changes: • We will post the updated Terms on this page • We will update the "Last updated" date • For significant changes, we will notify you via email or platform notification Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
