Crafida is a marketplace connecting customers with merchants. We do not manufacture or sell products directly. Product descriptions, prices, and availability are provided by merchants. We are not responsible for the accuracy of merchant-provided information.
Orders and Payments
When you place an order: • You enter into a contract with the merchant • Payment is processed securely • Order confirmation will be sent to your email • Merchants are responsible for order fulfillment • We facilitate the transaction but are not a party to the sale
Returns and Refunds
Return and refund policies are set by individual merchants. Please review the merchant's return policy before making a purchase. Crafida facilitates the return process but final decisions rest with the merchant.
Intellectual Property
All content on the Crafida platform, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Crafida or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.
Merchant Terms
Merchants using our platform must: • Provide accurate product information • Fulfill orders in a timely manner • Comply with all applicable laws • Maintain appropriate return and refund policies • Respect intellectual property rights
Limitation of Liability
