All orders on Crafida include free shipping to make handmade products more accessible to you.
Delivery Area
We currently deliver to Cairo only. We're working to expand our delivery coverage. Stay tuned!
Processing Time
Each product has a processing time set by the artisan. This is the time needed to prepare your item before shipping. • Ready to ship: Ships within 1-2 days • 3-5 days: Item needs preparation • 1-2 weeks: Made-to-order or custom items Processing time is shown on each product page and in your order confirmation.
Delivery Time
After processing, delivery typically takes: • Cairo: 2-5 business days Total delivery time = Processing time + Shipping time
Order Tracking
Track your order every step of the way: 1. Processing: Artisan is preparing your item 2. Ready: Item is ready and waiting for pickup 3. Shipped: Item is with the delivery partner 4. Delivered: Item has arrived! You'll receive WhatsApp notifications at each stage. You can also check status anytime in 'My Orders'.
Delivery Information
When your order is out for delivery: • The courier will call you before arriving • Please ensure someone is available to receive the package • For COD orders, have cash ready for the delivery amount • Check the package condition before signing If you're unavailable, the courier will attempt delivery again.
Packaging
Our artisans take care to package items securely: • Items are wrapped to prevent damage • Fragile items receive extra protection • Eco-friendly packaging is encouraged If your item arrives damaged, please report it immediately through the return process.
