There is no right of withdrawal for a simple change of mind on a made-to-order piece once production has started — the full detail is in the published returns policy.

The price range shown with the pieces above is computed from those same pieces as they stand at this moment — not an average, not an estimate. When the catalogue changes, the range changes with it.

Cash on delivery. You open the parcel and check the item before you pay, and if the piece is not right you can refuse it at the door and nothing is paid.
Delivery
Shipping is a flat 100 EGP to every governorate of Egypt, and it is shown before the order is confirmed. There is no arrival date written here: that part is not fully in our hands, and promising it would be promising something we do not control.
